Malin offers Yoga for Musicians classes at Yogastudion Vegagatan in Gothenburg.
The Yoga for Musicians method is rooted in Vinyasa, Yin Yoga and the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda. It supports musicians in balancing and strengthening both body and mind — releasing stress and tension, deepening awareness, and reconnecting with themselves from within. Malin began practicing yoga in 2013, driven by a wish to come into deeper connection with her body. In 2018 she completed her first teacher training in Kundalini Yoga, followed by certifications in Sensing Yin Yoga and the Yoga for Musicians method developed by German violinist Katharina Giegling.

Malins classes weave together breath, movement and stillness, creating space for listening inwards, slowing down and reconnecting with oneself.

Malin is currently teaching Kundalini Yoga and Sound Healing sessions at Arken Hotel & Art Garden Spa.
